COMCARE is building a "network of survival" by bringing together national safety leaders, hospitals, emergency medical services, emergency managers, state and local transportation departments, police/fire, citizen groups and the private sector in order to plan for and implement leading-edge technologies that will revolutionize emergency response for day to day emergencies and to improve homeland security.
