Cindy Hearrell RN, BA, CEN is the Quality Leadership Manager for the Inova Regional Trauma Center in Falls Church, Virginia.  Cindy has been an Emergency Nurse for 30 years and has been actively involved in Injury Prevention for the past 10 years.

Cindy serves on a variety of local, state and national committees and workgroups dealing with Injury Prevention. She is a Child Passenger Safety Technical Instructor as well as a National ENA Injury Prevention Training Instructor.

Cindy is President Elect of the Virginia ENA State Council and also serves as the State Council’s Government Affairs Chairperson. She has been involved with political advocacy particularly in the area of injury prevention and trauma care.
